My name is Adriana Magdalena Romo Méndez and I want to recommend to you to Mr Juan Herrera. I am a mother of family and I have one son. I studied civil law degree twenty years ago and currently, in the mornings, I am studying BA in English teaching in the UAA,  and in the afternoons I work in the hospital of stomatology. My son is studying in the high school.  My relationship with Mr. Herrera, is my fiance since one year ago and we are going to get married soon.

I knew him since 1981 as my mathematics teacher. He was a  specialist by teaching integral calculations in high school. In 1996, he studied a law degree for five years in the UAA, but he wanted to study more about law so immediately after he had finished his degree Mr. Herrera did a master in criminal law. For this reason, the human rights institution was expecting him in order to hire him as the manager. In that place, he had to face all those the legal situations with  responsibility, discipline, dedication, competitivity, and professionalism.  Mr. Herrera was director of public ministry for seven years, so he is going to be able to keep your company protected and defended against any assault or crime. And in this way, he defended rights of people accused unjustly; he would do the same for your rights. Mr. Herrera has been professional by facing  legal situations. That is why, there is not a better person who knows and that is the expert in legal defense matters as well, and your company will be well protected and you really unconcerned.

 

Well, do not forget that Mr. Herrera has enough experience by defending legal situations and he is the right person to keep your company under control of U.S. Legal Apartment. Think about your relax and unconcerned mental and physical state. A company with good relationships with the statutory rights is like having the government taxes upgraded.

My own job purpose statement

Purpose statement

I am able to speak several languages and I want to teach them to children. At first, I want to teach them the three main world languages as English, Spanish and French, but actually mandarin Chinese is becoming among the main languages spoken. I want to continue developing the skill and requirements needed to identify the way to teach too. Educational techniques change every day, and I want to be immersed in them. For this reason, I want to be updated with all new european educational approaches on line, becuase there are many new proposals. Then, I will be able to check my pedagogical quality as a teacher under modern standards. The total knowledge of  the subject and my ability in organizational skills in educative plans allows me to be self-sufficient. I want to give the total support to the rest of the teacher´s group because they are under the same updated pedagogical conditions. Due to my high level of experience, knowledge, excellent, and convenient application teaching techniques,  I will work hard for the institution growing. I want to travel by several countries in order to share laguages, educational techniques, learning strategies and updated pedagogical information. Each country  has  its own educational philosopy  and I need to learn of them. and  want to  bring there the best knowledges of my country.

Why some adults do not study English?

Has someone stopped to think why many adults do not speak English? English is the most spoken language in the world. That is why,  it is inferred that it must be learned as a second foreign language. Many job opportunities require and demand to speak English in a fluid, clear, understandable, and intelligible way in order to get the employ and being competitive, productive, efficient and well paid. But unfortunately, it is not the same for the rest of the population and many poor, unemployed, and unproductive people,  are not aware of this social, economic, and cultural situation. They feel several factors that keep them far from learning English. Some of them are specifically three: money is not enough for pay out an English course, the native language retention averts to learn English, and the lack of personal  motivation  not allows foreign language learning.

Money is not enough for supporting an English course. A humble man can barely sustain poor nutritious and healthy food, adequate clothing, a modest house, a medium quality life, a standard social status, basic and elementary education as minimum,  steady job and social security, and studying English cannot be in his life plans.  However, a good option is to get an extra job and to make an overt effort to save some of those profits. All those aspects in order to study that language and the remuneration will be reflected in the future. If an adult changes the way of doing things, all the old attitudes and activities in the future time are going to be overcome.

The native language retention averts to learn English.  When native speakers of a language are trying to keep their traditional tongue, it is  not a good option because they think that learning English causes the loss of their first language; they are able to demonize this fact in order to defend their original and personal speaking. They do not want to do anything for learning another tongue.  It is a mistake because they are stopping the social, economic, and cultural development and growth of a country where they do not speak English. The native language retention is respectful but not convenient. The Government is the appropriate institution to organize a strong campaign to support the general idea that studying English is for getting a better lifestyle because it is the way to earn more money and it becomes on a personal motivation.

The Lack of personal motivation not allow the foreign language learning. This personal emptiness involves psychological aspects for those who think that learning English is a waste of time. They prefer to stay in their comfortable zone instead of making an effort to be successful in their lives, to speak English in a fluency way, to travel around the world and  to know the American culture. Actually, sometimes adults prefer to lose their permanent, with social security, and convenient  jobs before learning English. Nevertheless, money is not a big problem and the native language retention either. They are demotivated, satisfied, and comfortable with their poor  lifestyle. Nowadays,  English language is mandatory from  the kindergarten level, and generations of students are changing their thinking way  from conformist to progressive.

Although money is not enough for supporting an English course, the native language retention is an obstacle and the lacking of personal motivation is present in some minds. Life and humanity are changing. This text  is good for those adults who are not doing anything for their cultural and social future and most of the time do not help their children to analyze  their English homeworks. For those who are looking at successfully people and life going in front of their faces.  Certainly, the English language is the lingua franca because it adapts to a worldwide common understanding. It is a shame that not everyone knows this valuable concept.
